Returns and Refund
Our return window lasts for 30 days of purchase.
In other words, damaged or defective items can only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items that aren’t returned within the return window are not eligible for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when returned.
PowerDeWise Warranty covers only against defects for products purchased directly from PowerDeWise or a PowerDeWise-Authorized Seller. As a result, products purchased directly from PowerDeWise or a PowerDeWise Authorized are eligible for returns/refund (by PowerDeWise) or a replacement
For products not purchased directly from PowerDeWise or a PowerDeWise-Authorized Seller, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (powerdewise) but the seller.
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you have the option to add up to 10 pictures showing any scratches or defects.
If you return the item used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
For the completion of the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that the returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve the returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Activity that is not allowed includes, but is not limited to:
- Opening duplicate requests using other buyer protection programs.
- Filing claims based on the third-party warranty program
- Claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery to the buyer’s address on the Order Details.
- Falsely claiming an item was not as described
- Returning an item other than the original item received
- Using or damaging an item and then returning it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
If your account has not been credited, contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If that doesn’t solve the problem or provide a solution or explanation as to why you haven’t been funded, the next step is to contact your bank. Please note that the processing time for the refund is sometimes unintentionally prolonged due to certain factors before the fund is sent to your account.

Sale and Bonus items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, therefore, items on sale or bonus items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only items that are defective or damaged can be replaced. If you need to exchange such an item with a new one, send us an email at email@example.com.

If the item was bought as a gift and shipped directly to you (the recipient), please contact the buyer for the required order details before contacting us for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. The shipping cost is non-refundable. Therefore, the refund for the returned item will not include the shipping cost
Depending on your location, the duration for the delivery of the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using one of the trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance.
Please note that we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and as a result, we cannot be held accountable for not receiving the returned product if it goes missing.
