Starting with the Setup
Step 1: Fully insert the unidirectional microphone into the cusp of the anti-mount shock.
Step 2: Insert with anti-shock mount (with the microphone attached) into the opening on the smartphone
clamp.
Step 3: Turn the antishock mount clockwise to screw it in place.
Step 4: Insert the top of the mini tripod in the bottom opening on the smartphone clamp and turn
clockwise.
Step 5: Place the furry muff on the head of the microphone.


Android Smartphones that have a 3.5mm Headphone jack
Step 1: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the unidirectional microphone
Step 2: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the smartphone.
Step 3: Launch the voice recording or video recording app and tap record the record button, then
speak
Step 4: UNPLUG the smartphone cable from the phone to listen to the audio or watch the video recording.

P.S: These steps above also apply to Android Tablets with a headphone jack.
Android Smartphones without a 3.5mm Headphone jack
Step 1: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the unidirectional microphone
Step 2: FULLY connect the smartphone cable to the Type C USB to 3.5mm Jack Adapter.
Step 3: Launch the voice recording or video recording app and tap record the record button, then speak
Step 4: To listen to your recording, UNPLUG the Type C USB to 3.5mm Jack Adapter+smartpgone cable combo from your smartphone.

P.S: These steps above also applies to Android Tablets and iPad without a headphone jack.
For certain smartphones like the Google Pixel Smartphones and some Motorola Moto Smartphones,
Huawei Smartphones may require an application to recognize the microphone.
In such cases, carry out the following steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Google Play Store and search for ”Open Camera” and install the app.
Step 2: Start the and app, and then tap the setting icon.
Step 3: Choose ” Video Settings”
Step 4: Go to “Audio Channels”
Step 5: Click on an “External Mic” and start recording with the Open Camera app.
iPhones that have a 3.5mm Headphone jack
Step 1: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the unidirectional microphone
Step 2: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the iPhone.
Step 3: Launch the voice recording or video recording app and tap record the record button, then
speak
Step 4: UNPLUG the smartphone cable from the phone to listen to the audio or watch the video recording

P.S: These steps above also applies to iPads with a headphone jack.
iPhone without a 3.5mm Headphone jack
Step 1: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the unidirectional microphone
Step 2: FULLY plug the smartphone cable into the iPhone.
Step 3: Launch the voice recording or video recording app and tap record the record button, then
speak
Step 4: To listen to your recording, UNPLUG the Lightning to 3.5mm Jack Adapter from your smartphone.

Windows Computers, Audio Recorders, and DSLR Cameras
Step 1: FULLY plug the camera cable into the unidirectional microphone
Step 2: FULLY connect the camera cable to your computer.

P.S: The microphone is to be connected to Macs directly as all Apple devices have a TRRS (4 pin) a
headphone, a microphone, or a combined audio jack
Step 1: FULLY plug the camera cable into the unidirectional microphone
Step 2: FULLY connect the camera cable to your Audio Recorder.
